We host our trips between April and October.

Every chapter is designed for a small circle of riders — never fewer than four, never more than eight. This intimacy ensures that each journey remains true to its spirit. Reservations are confirmed in the order received.

April (W3): Desert Loop #1 - (alt: Ojai Loop)

May (W4): Aspen Finale – Super Bloom (alt: Ojai Loop)

December (W2): Annual Gathering – Palm Springs

• Dates: Dec 11–14

• Start/End: Palm Springs, CA (fixed base)

• Stops (day rides): Joshua Tree • Coachella Valley • Desert Modernist architecture tours

• Unique: Celebration of the year, riders unite, desert retreat vibe.

Journeys range between $7,000–$20,000, depending on length, logistics, and group size. All costs — from lodges to staff to transport — are transparent and shared equally.

Registration & Payment

• Deposit: $5,000 due at booking

• Final invoice: sent 70 days prior to departure

Cancellation Policy

• Within 48 hours of booking: full refund

• After 48 hours: deposit retained

• 60–30 days before departure: 50% of trip cost

• Less than 30 days: non-refundable

• If a departure is canceled due to low enrollment, you will be fully refunded

Travel Notes

• Flights: Flights to the chapter’s starting point are booked individually by riders. If desired, our team will happily arrange and book flights on your behalf.

• Insurance: Comprehensive travel and medical coverage is required.

• Visa: Entry requirements vary by nationality; please confirm before booking.
